Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the raosoft platform. By registering an account or accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the raosoft website and all associated services, games, and features offered through the platform. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the raosoft service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. raosoft reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The raosoft platform is strictly intended for adults. To register and use our services, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
- Be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by applicable law.
- Not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming activities.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
raosoft reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each individual may hold only one active account on the raosoft platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure.
- Notify raosoft immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.
raosoft is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the raosoft platform, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to interact with the platform.
- Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity with other users or third parties.
- Use a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your actual location or identity.
- Conduct money laundering or any financial activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
- Post or transmit any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful through any communication feature of the platform.
raosoft reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the raosoft platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). By using the deposit and withdrawal features, you agree to the following:
- You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. raosoft reserves the right to request supporting documentation to confirm the source of funds.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Refer to the Promotion page for current bonus conditions.
- raosoft is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions are recorded and may be reviewed by raosoft for compliance and security purposes. Any transactions found to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
raosoft provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and platform reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. raosoft shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or delays outside raosoft's reasonable control.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
- The accuracy or completeness of third-party content or linked services that may appear on the platform.
All content on the raosoft platform — including but not limited to logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of raosoft or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any raosoft content without express written permission.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
raosoft reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- The account holder has violated these Terms or any applicable laws.
- The account is found to be involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
- Identity verification requests have not been fulfilled within the required timeframe.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our account policy.
Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to verification checks. Balances associated with confirmed fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the raosoft platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
